Ok so lets get down to it. Spurs started well with Harry but we have to remember we have been here before with the Hammers! Judging by their last two results the turkey is coming home to roost. Wigan this week and thats no easy game. Lets be honest though the FA cup will not be priorities for either of these two managers. Its blatently obvious these days that a good cup run is no substitute for a good place in the premier league table. Yeh the teams will obviously try hard but deep down its still all about the premiership. With managers jobs just hanging on a few key matches its just no good to expend all your squads energies on getting to a semi final only to lose all sort of confidence and momentum by going out at that stage. So what we have on Friday are two temas that are desperate to stay in the premiership and who will field teams accordingly.they don't want to lose but hey maybe they don't want to win! Its difficult but in the context of this match lets call it a draw with no side really pressing to hard.
Winners of the premiership in 2009 look like Liverpool. Yeh Man U are still there but this season they don't quite look as good as usual. Renaldo looks like he is elsewhere and is lacking that extra spark and the defence is making some rare errors. Chelsea are just not quite there either they have let go too many chances to pull away at the top and Arsenal simply need some big names to put in the squad. So there you have it probably Liverpool's best chance in the last ten years to win the premiership.
